Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. She began her career on the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various support roles on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 located in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo was the first professional actress to appear in daytime dramas. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 through 1998. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera on CBS between 1999 and 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. She made her film debut with a small role in Girl 6 (1996) then starred in episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo was a regular actor in the NBC drama series Law & Order between 2001 between 2001 and 2004 as the role of Detective Ana Cordova. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages followed in the same vein, along with Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of other movies including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo is also one of the regular characters in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast! She was a star in the show's comedy.
